Account review

We review every quote request and may ask for business or research details before quoting. We may decline any request.

Availability & quotes

Quotes reflect stock and pricing when they are issued and stay valid for the period stated on the quote. Stock is not reserved until the invoice is paid.

No public checkout

Omega does not sell through a public cart. Every order is placed through a written quote followed by an invoice.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed when we receive payment in full against the invoice. We then send confirmation and an estimated ship date.

Fulfillment & shipping

Confirmed orders ship within [processing time] to the address on the invoice. Tracking is sent when the order ships. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier unless the quote says otherwise.

Documentation

Certificates of analysis are available on request for the lot supplied. Lot numbers are printed on every label.

Changes, cancellations & issues

Contact us before an order ships to change or cancel it. Report damaged or incorrect items within [claim window] of delivery, with photos.
